ATIPIK PUB, located at 1458 Crescent St in Montreal, is quickly becoming the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike, boasting a vibrant bar and grill atmosphere. Customers rave about the lively ambiance, complete with loud music that sets the perfect backdrop for a night out. One reviewer, Delerium Xena, declared it the best bar ever, complimenting its spaciousness and quirky decor, including a model shark.
The drink specials are a highlight, particularly during happy hour, where patrons can enjoy doubles for the price of singles, making it a fantastic place for budget-friendly outings. Eric Villeneuve was thrilled with the $2 pints and tasty wings at just $5, praising the hard rock vibe that resonates with many guests.
However, opinions diverge regarding the food. Reviews for ATIPIK PUB
Review highlights
Based on 142 reviewsATIPIK PUB in Montreal is widely recognized for its lively atmosphere, energetic music selection—especially hard rock and metal—and attentive, friendly staff that create a memorable experience. Customers frequently praise the bar for its spacious layout, engaging theme, and excellent cocktail offerings. Happy hour specials and reasonably priced drinks and food add to its appeal, making it a popular spot for socializing. However, some feedback highlights inconsistency in food quality and a disconnect with the Australian theme beyond superficial elements. Overall, ATIPIK PUB is celebrated for its vibrant ambiance and strong service, though improvements in culinary execution could enhance repeat patronage.
Great service, music is loud AS IT SHOULD BE. Had the time of my life with the nice people inside. Cool atmosphere, very spacious. And it has a model shark so what more could you ask for? This is the best bar I've ever been to!!
Walked in here not knowing a thing about the place. The manager/bartender Raphael served me like a king and gave me a night to remember! It was Friday and pints were ONLY 2 DOLLARS and I got delicious wings in homemade sauce for only 5 bucks! Also, they were playing hard rock and metal all night which is exactly what I was looking for. What a sick place! It's definitely my new hangout spot
Come for the drinks, don’t stay for the food. Cocktails are excellent, deck head was a favourite of mine, but the food was lacking. Not fresh, and overall bad flavour. Not one thing Australian about this place either, maybe the big fish but not much else. Sad this place isn’t about making repeat customers, could be a great establishment with such good staff. 3/5, won’t be back but not the worst experience.
We walked in during happy hour (doubles for the price of singles) and had fun with the staff while the place was setting up. A fun selection of rums to try.
Amazing. We were thrown off by the Australian theme and were originally going to the warehouse but the line was insane so we came here. Zero regrets!! The staff immediately welcomed us with smiles and were nonstop nice and caring. The food is incredible especially for the price. This is an Australian themed pub and it's so much fun! The food, drinks, and service are impeccable. What a wonderful 4 year anniversary end with my boyfriend.
Food was good, service was slow. We had to wait 45 min after ordering for out food. Chips/fries was burned, or fried too often. Fake happy hour, not clear what was in and out in the happy hour.
Came for Emo Thursday and playlist is awesome and perfectly LOUD enough!! Prices (Jack and pint for $10) and employees are great. Only wish more people were here!
Raph makes one of the best, most loving Old Fashioneds that I’ve had the pleasure of indulging in since visiting Montreal. If you come in on a Thursday, please be prepared for an Emo night. The ambience is phenomenal, the drink selection (and personalization) is fantastic, and just overall I’ve had an AMAZING experience here. Please go in, say hi, grab a drink, and have a blast!
